The Strand Hardware PH352 is a single point push pad latch designed for use on a single door (timber or metal) or the active leaf of a pair of rebated doors.

Features:
- Comprises a mechanism and a push pad with photoluminescent insert.
- Standard devices suit doors up to 2585mm high.
- Supplied with strikers for timber or metal doors as standard; strikers for PVCu available separately.
- Available with a dogging (hold-back) facility; not recommended for fire/smoke door assemblies but suitable for escape doors.
- Micro-switch can be fitted in the mechanism to monitor door status; please specify when ordering.
- Optional outside access devices available for entry from outside.
