Performance Notes
The AR1500 meets the opening force recommendations of BS 8300 and ADM when installed in Fig 1 on a door with a minimum width of 938 mm. However, it is important to note that other installed hardware, door seals, and differential air pressure may affect the performance, meaning the door closer alone cannot ensure compliance with BS 8300 and ADM.
