Strand Hardware PH371 Outside Access with Knob
The Strand Hardware PH371 is an outside access device designed for the Antipanic range of panic and emergency exit hardware. This device is compatible with all of our push bar, push pad, and touch bar devices, ensuring that access is granted from the outside when needed.
Safety is paramount; the internal panic or emergency exit hardware always overrides the outside locking status, allowing for safe egress in emergencies.
The PH371 features a knob design and comes complete with a 40mm single euro cylinder. The standard spindle supplied is suitable for doors up to 100mm thick and can be easily cut to the required size.
Installation is straightforward, as the device bolts through the door, securely connecting the outside access device with the internal panic mechanism.
The standard version operates with a key to lock/key to unlock function. Additionally, a key-retaining version is available, which allows the key to be withdrawn only when the door is locked, enhancing security.
For added value, this item can be mixed and matched with selected Strand Hardware products that display the 'Mix & Match' logo. When more than one eligible product is added to the basket, the price will be reduced, providing a more economical solution for your hardware needs.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
