Strand Hardware PH358 Three Point Push Pad Latch
The Strand Hardware PH358 is a three-point push pad latch designed for use on a single door (timber, metal, or PVCu) or the active leaf of a pair of rebated doors.
This latch comprises a robust mechanism, covered connecting rods, and horizontal latching pullman latches located at the top and bottom. It features a push pad with a photoluminescent insert for enhanced visibility.
Standard devices are suitable for doors up to 2585mm high, with longer rods available for doors up to 3150mm high.
The latch is supplied with strikers for timber or metal doors as standard, while strikers for PVCu doors are available separately.
An optional dogging (hold-back) facility is available; however, it should not be used on fire/smoke door assemblies but is acceptable for escape doors.
A micro-switch can be fitted in the mechanism, allowing the door to be integrated with equipment that monitors door status. If required, please specify when ordering.
Optional outside access devices are available to provide entry from outside.
