Ucem Multipoint Door Lock Overview
The Ucem multipoint door lock is designed for security and durability, featuring 3 deadbolts and 1 latch for enhanced protection. This heavy-duty lock is manufactured in Europe and operates with a key wind mechanism, ensuring reliable performance.
Key Features:

Centres & Backset: The lock has a distinctive 85mm centres and a 50mm backset configuration, which may limit furniture options. We recommend using lever on round rose furniture with a separate euro escutcheon for optimal compatibility. If backplate furniture is preferred, consider the Versa adjustable levers, which can be set at 85mm PZ.

Operation:
- Locking: Close the door to automatically engage the latch. Turn the key to throw and engage the locking points.
- Unlocking: Turn the key to unwind the locking points, followed by a quarter turn to retract the latch.
Latch Reversal Instructions:
To reverse the latch, insert a screwdriver into the back of the case, push the latch clear of the faceplate, twist to reverse, and release. If the latch sticks after reversal, slightly release the tension on the screw above the latch to resolve the issue.
Applications:
This lock is versatile and can be used in various door types, including UPVC, aluminum, timber, and composite doors.
