Returns Policy: This product is not eligible for our standard returns procedure. Repairs will be handled by the manufacturer, and their replacement policy will apply.

Fire Door Usage: As per dormakaba’s guidance, these locks should not be installed on fire doors until new EN12209 test certificates and CE markings are obtained. Updates will be provided once the locks are deemed suitable for fire door installation.
