These innovative seals feature a graphite-based intumescent material housed within a durable PVC sleeve, making them easy to fit into the rebate of either the door leaves or the frame. In the event of a fire, the seal expands significantly, creating a robust barrier against the spread of fire, smoke, and hot gases, ensuring safety and compliance.
Each fire and smoke seal comes with a self-adhesive backing tape, allowing for quick and hassle-free installation. Our intumescent fire seals are available with or without a cold smoke seal, which is crafted from nylon pile. The smoke seals are crucial for providing a permanent barrier against smoke, which can travel faster and further than flames, enhancing overall safety.
Additionally, our intumescent fire seal is equipped with a black Neoprene twin blade smoke seal and is available in a variety of colors to match your aesthetic preferences.
