The BL5771 ECP series is a standout addition to our already popular BL5000 series. Featuring a key bypass integrated into the handle, this lock provides an option not commonly found in other medium-heavy duty keypads available on the market today.
Each BL5771 ECP includes an optional free passage mode, allowing you to deactivate the coding chamber temporarily. This feature enables entry without the need to input a code, enhancing convenience.
At the heart of this lock is the Easicode Pro coding chamber, a unique and patented innovation from Borg. This system allows for an 'on the door' code change method, eliminating the typical 10-15 minutes of hassle and reducing the risk of damage associated with faulty code changes. The lock also includes a key override cylinder, which allows for easy bypassing. This cylinder can be keyed alike for multiple models, providing flexibility and ease of use.
This variation is equipped with a 60mm or 70mm tubular latch and a set of back-to-back keypads, replacing the uncoded internal handle unit. It is suitable for both internal and sheltered external use on wooden, composite, and steel doors.
