The BL2700MG ECP series combines the ease of use of the Easicode Pro range with the durability of Marine Grade models. Undergoing a specialist e-plating process that has been salt spray tested for over 1000 hours, and featuring all critical internals made of the highest standard of stainless steel, this unit is designed for continued usage in the harshest conditions. It offers a solution where compliance with the ISPS code is essential, and where using an electronic or key-driven access control solution is neither convenient nor feasible.
What sets the Easicode Pro range apart from conventional locks is the patented 'On the door' code change method. This innovation eliminates the long and tedious process of removing tumblers from the back of the keypad, reducing what could be a 10-15 minute job to just 30 seconds.
Cycle tested to 100,000 cycles, the BL2701MG ECP represents the medium tier of small, mechanical keypad locks. This keypad offers over 4000 potential combinations and includes a key override feature, allowing the key to bypass the code.
The lock is equipped with an anti-thrust 60mm tubular latch that is fully marine grade and constructed from durable materials. It comes with a fixing kit designed to fit standard 80mm thick doors and gates.
As an added bonus, this unit can include a holdback function at no additional cost, ideal for situations where the door needs to remain open and unlocked.
This lock is suitable for external use on wooden and composite doors.
