Autolatches: Equipped with 4 autolatches, this lock provides enhanced security by automatically engaging the locking points as the door closes.

Identification: Look for the brand stamped on the faceplate or the Secured By Design logo to identify your lock. If unsure, removing the lock from the door can help in accurate identification.

Gearbox Options: Available in standard and Heritage configurations, the standard lock has the main gearbox positioned at 833mm from the bottom, while the Heritage version is located at 1183mm, offering a traditional aesthetic.

Unique Design: The Ingenious Autofire central gearbox is distinct, lacking a latch, hook, or deadbolt, yet still features a spindle hole and euro cut out.
Operation:

Automatic Locking: As the door closes, the latch and locking points engage automatically. Simply turn the key to deadlock the mechanism for added security.

Unlocking: To unlock, turn the key and, if applicable, push the lever down to retract the locking points. A further quarter turn of the key will also retract the latch for easy access.
