Product Information

This kit contains all the necessary components to refurbish any Elite Multipoint Door Lock with the following characteristics: a latch and deadbolt centre case (single spindle version), and 2 ancillary hook cases.

These kits offer a convenient way to repair and recommission failed multipoint door lock mechanisms, all in a package no larger than a pizza box!

The vast majority of multipoint locks require replacement due to a failure of one or more locking points, the spindle follower, or internal parts within the main gearbox. In most cases, the faceplate and drive rods themselves are undamaged and can be reused. Our Refurb Kits include all the bolt-on components of the multipoint lock system, allowing for a complete replacement of these critical parts and a total overhaul of the lock.

One major benefit of this approach is that the kit comes in a package small enough to hold stock of everything required to refurbish all popular locks from manufacturers found in the UK. By eliminating the need to identify and order a full-length like-for-like replacement, the Refurb Kit system enables a lock to be removed, repaired, and recommissioned quickly—all in a single visit—without ever having to identify the exact model number, wait for delivery, or handle a parcel over 2 meters long. Simply select the refurb kit that suits the gearbox and locking point options from your van stock, fit the components to the old lock's faceplate, and reinstate the lock, safe in the knowledge that all moving and locking components are brand new.

No waiting, no trimming, no roof racks, no catalogs! One visit when you are stocked with the Refurb Kit solution should mean a lock back in working order and a happy customer, without the need for a return visit. Say goodbye to follow-up visit cancellations or losing out to competitors due to the cost or stock availability of full-length mechanisms!

In addition to the convenient advantages outlined above, the efficiency of the Refurb Kit solution has serious benefits for the environment. With a dramatic reduction in parcel size and the elimination of the need for next-day delivery on single like-for-like full-length replacements, vehicle emissions per job and packaging per item are both significantly reduced. This makes the Refurb Kit system the most sustainable option for replacing a failed multipoint lock.
