Fitted with friction adjustment to hold a window open and stay in position. The anthracite grey end cap and nylon components enhances the look of the stay in a window. The security performance of the hinge may be enhanced by the fitting of hingeguard protection plates or dog bolts. PAS 24 security performance may be obtained in conjunction with an ERA hingeguard. The hinge meets the corrosion requirements of BS EN 1670 Grade 4 (240 hours) and the performance requirements of BS 6375-1:2009 and has been cycle tested in excess of 25,000 cycles of opening and tested to BS EN 13126-1:2006.
