Backset Options: Choose between 35mm or 45mm backsets. The 45mm version utilizes a 35mm case with an extended latch and deadbolt, complemented by a 10mm packer piece for optimal fit.

Double Spindle Design: This gearbox is equipped with a double spindle, making it ideal for various applications. Note that it is unsprung, so we recommend pairing it with sprung door handles for best performance.

Dimensions: The gearbox measures 228mm in height, with the latch and deadbolt both measuring 30mm high. There is a 65mm gap between the bottom of the latch and the top of the deadbolt.

Installation: Gearboxes are designed to fit faceplates with three screw holes. The distance from the top to the middle screw hole is 109mm, and the same applies from the middle to the bottom.

Latch Reversal: Easily reverse the latch by undoing the screw, flipping it, and reinserting it.
Operation Instructions
To lock the door:
- Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
- Secure the locking points and main deadbolt (if applicable) by turning the key.
To unlock the door:
- Turn the key to unlock the system.
- Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.

Backset Measurement: To measure the backset, measure from the edge of the door to the center of the keyhole.

Centres Measurement: To measure the centres, measure the distance between the two holes where the handle and lock cylinder are fitted.
