It can operate in either lift lever or double spindle night latch functions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePermdor gearboxes measure 228mm in height, with the backset plus an additional 15mm. The latch and deadbolt each measure 30mm in height, with a 65mm distance between the bottom of the latch and the top of the deadbolt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInstallation is straightforward, as gearboxes are fitted to faceplates with three screw holes.
