The Fullex XL multipoint door lock is engineered for maximum security and reliability, featuring a robust design that includes 2 rollers, 2 mushrooms, 1 hook, and 1 latch. This lock is ideal for both UPVC and aluminium doors, ensuring a secure fit for various applications.

Key Features:

• Security Design: The XL lock incorporates three hooks and two steel anti-lift pins, providing enhanced security. The option for two or four roller cams ensures smooth operation and effective compression.

• Versatile Configurations: Available in double, single, or split spindle gearbox options, the XL lock can function as a lift lever lock, double spindle nightlatch, or split spindle nightlatch, making it adaptable to your needs.

• Easy Identification: Look for the Fullex logo stamped on the faceplate. The unique cut-out in the top corner of the gearbox is a distinctive feature of the XL lock.

• Extendable Design: Each XL lock is extendable at both the top and bottom, allowing for flexibility in installation. When paired with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, the system meets PAS24 requirements.

• Durable Gearboxes: Fullex XL gearboxes come in 35mm and 45mm backsets, with consistent dimensions of 227mm high plus the backset. They are secured with three equidistant screws for stability.

• Corrosion Resistance: Rated to BS EN 1670 Grade 4 for 240 hours, ensuring longevity and durability in various environments.

Operation Instructions:

To Lock the Door:

1. Close the door to automatically engage the latch.
2. Lift the handle to engage the locking points.
3. Turn the key to secure the system.

To Unlock the Door:

1. Turn the key to unlock the system.
2. Push the handle down to disengage the locking points.
3. A quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.
