Note: Latch reversal instructions are conveniently printed on a sticker located on the side of the gearbox.
Operation Instructions
To Lock the Door:
- Close the door to automatically engage the latch.
- Lift the handle to engage additional locking points.
- Throw the deadbolt and secure the system by turning the key. (On some brands, lifting the handle will throw the deadbolt.)
To Unlock the Door:
- Turn the key to unlock the system.
- Push the handle down to disengage the locking points.
- A further quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.
