This surface-mounted automatic drop seal enhances sound insulation by lowering a TPE seal against the threshold when the door closes, and it retracts smoothly via an adjustable plunger when the door opens.

Fitment & What to Check
- Select the required length from the drop-down options (available in 826mm, 926mm).
- Check door face width and position for a 14mm wide profile and 17mm maximum drop/protrusion.
- Verify trimming allowances:
- Length 330mm can be shortened by 50mm
- Length 426mm can be shortened by 135mm
- Other trimming permitted up to 150mm on the opposite side to the plunger. Confirm final trimmed length before fitting.
- Confirm door construction (timber or security door) and ensure that threshold clearance accommodates the 17mm drop.

- Ordering a single fixed length without selecting from available 826mm, 926mm options.
- Failing to allow for the specified trimming directions and limits when cutting to size.
- Not checking clearance under the door for the 17mm maximum drop.
