The Blue60 Foam and Packers Systems represent the culmination of two years of dedicated research and development, followed by six months of continuous testing. This effort has led to the introduction of the first and only fully tested and accredited Fire Doorset installation method available on the market. Blue60 has been meticulously tested across every conceivable combination of frame and wall material, as well as with both single and double door sets, achieving ratings of 30 and 60 minutes in compliance with BS476 Part 22 and BS EN 1634-1.
Installation is a breeze with Blue60, as it requires no additional sealant or mastics, making it a user-friendly choice. Additionally, Blue60 has been acoustically tested, yielding impressive results of 43dB.
