Borg BL7703 ECP MG Easicode Pro Mortice Sashlock Digital Lock with Lever Handle & Key Override Marine Grade
The BL7703 ECP is our solution for heavy-duty specifications, ideal for high-traffic areas.
Coming in our black MG Pro 2 finish, this unit boasts increased UV protection and resilience against the elements, allowing it to thrive in the toughest conditions. This finish has been rigorously tested for 1000 hours in saltwater.
Designed to provide a reliable solution for demanding applications, the BL7703 ECP shares a footprint with other popular heavy-duty locks on the market, such as the Unican 1000 & 5000, making switching over seamless. Code changing has been simplified with the Easicode Pro system, allowing for on-the-door code changes and a free passage function from the internal handle, preventing unauthorized code change attempts.
The BL7703 ECP models feature a built-in key override in the lever/knob handle, utilizing a SFIC (small format interchangeable core) cylinder. This innovative key override system allows the rotation of the key to engage the lever/knob handle, making it ideal for use with potentially heavily sprung third-party locks. The keypad lever/knob is free rotating and only engages with the clutch and 8mm spindle drive until the correct code or key is entered.
Manufactured with stainless steel coding, this lock ensures longevity and reliable operation in external environments. This variation of the BL7703 ECP series comes with a 60x72mm lockcase and an optional slot for a standard euro key cylinder for deadbolting.
This heavy-duty lock is suitable for use both internally and externally on wooden, composite, and steel doors.
