Borg BL2771 ECP MG Easicode Pro Tubular Latch Back To Back Digital Lock with Knob Turn & Key Override Marine Grade
The BL2700MG ECP series is part of the Marine Grade range, combining the ease of use of the Easicode Pro models with the durability required for harsh environments. Undergoing a specialist e-plating process that has been salt spray tested for over 1000 hours, and featuring critical internals made of high-quality stainless steel, this unit is designed for continued usage in the toughest conditions. It offers a reliable solution where compliance with the ISPS code is essential, especially when electronic or key-driven access control solutions are impractical.
What sets the Easicode Pro range apart from conventional locks is the patented 'On the door' code change method. This innovation eliminates the lengthy process of removing tumblers from the back of the keypad, reducing what could be a 10-15 minute task to just 30 seconds.
Cycle tested to 100,000 cycles, the BL2701MG ECP represents a medium-tier option among small mechanical keypad locks. This keypad offers over 4000 potential combinations and includes a key override feature, allowing the key to bypass the code when necessary.
The lock is equipped with an anti-thrust 60mm tubular latch, fully marine grade and constructed from durable materials. It consists of two independent keypads, both functioning separately.
This lock is suitable for external use on wooden and composite doors. The unit is supplied with a fixing kit designed to fit doors and gates up to 80mm thick.
